HOW TO DO IT:
Kids come into CANDLE pose as the teacher runs around exaggerating about how stinky everyone’s feet are. Make a big deal out of it. The kids just love it. And as a bonus, the contains lavender, which is very calming… and a GREAT way to start the yoga class.
